MemoryBox Calendars are about creating more time with family and loved ones, and spending less time worrying about trying to fit everything in. By planning your time together, nothing gets forgotten and everyday moments become just as important as Christmas day itself.

Our Story, Our Start

The idea for MemoryBox Calendars came to me a couple years ago, after my wife and I almost forgot to take our daughter to see Santa Claus.

It seemed like we were so caught up in the “stuff” of Christmas—the shopping, decorating, obligatory party-going—that the things that really mattered were getting lost. Forgotten were those wonderful moments that make December feel so magical. And events like decorating the tree and looking at lights started to feel more like chores we were just trying to squeeze in.

We thought there had to be a better way. So I created my first MemoryBox Calendar. Suddenly, things like spending an evening in our pajamas with hot cocoa and the Grinch or baking cookies and listening to Christmas songs became events unto themselves, more important than all the hectic Christmas plans. And the sight of my young daughter running into the kitchen every morning to open a new window and discover today’s new adventure told me there was something special going on here.

My family loved the experience so much that I created another calendar the next year—carrying over great moments from the year before, and turning those memories into traditions. Preserved was the romantic dinner with my wife that might have gotten lost, the afternoon spent falling on the ice as my daughter skated past, and so many more great moments. Our little family calendar grew as friends dropped by, saw it sitting on the mantel and wanted one for themselves.

Sometimes people need a little help to slow down and appreciate the time they have with family and loved ones. So we started this company, to try and help. We hope you enjoy your MemoryBox Calendar, and we wish you many great moments along the way.
